Job Title: Front Office Executive
Location: Andheri East, Mumbai
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 per month + incentives + food
Duty Hours: 10 hours per day
Shift Type: Straight Shift
Weekly Off: 1 day off per week (as per hotel standard)

Job Description:

We are seeking a well-presented and customer-focused Front Office Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, delivering a warm welcome and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
• Manage reservations via phone, email, and OTA portals
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for guest needs
• Handle billing and payments accurately
• Address guest queries and resolve complaints in a professional mannerMaintain front desk cleanliness and administrative records
• Ensure a seamless guest experience from arrival to departure

Requirements:
• Prior experience in hotel front office or customer service preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of PMS (Property Management Systems) is an advantage
• Well-groomed and professional appearance
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
