1. Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments and travel arrangements and co-ordinate meetings and events of CMD
2. Should have year of experience or knowledge as an EA to the CMD.
4.Should have working knowledge of MS OFFICE especially EXCEL & Word , PPT.
5. Managing day-to-day operations of the CMD
6. Maintaining appointment schedules by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences,
teleconferences, and travel.
7.Organizing and maintaining files and records.
8. Making Travel agreement, should have knowledge of ticket booking
+. Keeping records of the emails in the system (Filing).
10. File and retrieve documents and reference materials
11.Record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings.
12. Monitor, screen, respond to and distribute incoming communications to CMD
13.Coordinating with internal departments confidential
14. You will also be required to assist, undertake, perform task, without demur as per instruction CMD.
