We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Hospital Receptionist to join our front desk team and help ensure a welcoming and efficient experience for all patients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist patients, visitors, and vendors courteously and professionally.
Answer incoming phone calls, route calls, and take messages as needed.
Schedule patient appointments and confirm existing ones.
Register new patients and verify insurance information.
Maintain patient confidentiality
Manage patient intake forms and update records in the hospital system.
Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about hospital services.
Coordinate with medical staff and departments to facilitate smooth operations.
Maintain cleanliness and order at the front desk/reception area.
Qualifications:

Any Bachelors Degree

Previous experience in a medical or customer service setting preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic data entry skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with medical terminology is a plus.
