LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a manufacturing company in Phoenix. This organization is in search of a front office receptionist to join their team. This job is Monday-Friday 8am--5pm, fully in office. The hourly rate is up to $21/hr.

As the Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees. Your role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of the front office, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees with professionalism and courtesy.
• Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments or individuals.
• Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
