Job Opportunity: Receptionist at Lismore Bounty Motel (4.5 Star Boutique Hotel)
We are excited to announce an opportunity to join our wonderful team at the Lismore Bounty Motel. We are currently looking for a Receptionist to take on front office duties, including making reservations, checking-in guests, and handling other daily tasks within the hotel.
Key Requirements:
- Proficiency in computers and technology
- Excellent customer service skills (experience required)
- The ability to answer phones in a professional manner
- Experience with emails and booking websites (training can be provided)
- Working Days: Monday - Thursday (Friday may be added on). 4 days minimum a week.
- Working hours: 11:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Prior experience in a hotel front office role is preferred
- Experience in reception work is required
The role is initially offered on a casual basis, with the possibility of transitioning into a full-time position depending on the candidate’s performance and fit with our team.
