What we’ll offer you As part of our flexible scheme, here are just some of the benefits that you’ll enjoy • Best in class leave policy • Gender neutral parental leaves • 100% reimbursement under child care assistance benefit (gender neutral) • Flexible working arrangements • Sponsorship for Industry relevant certifications and education • Employee Assistance Program for you and your family members • Comprehensive Hospitalization Insurance for you and your dependents • Accident and Term life Insurance • Complementary Health screening for 35 yrs. and above Key Responsibilities: (not limited to) • Provide insights on the PB business through regular business support of FTE & HC topics • Prepare & Review final submission & presentation for GAC review process of Job requisitions • Perform approver role for Workday • Maintenance of hiring pipeline & other FTE housekeeping activities. • Provide support to Management Information team on Regulatory topics & other regional forum • Conduct various ad hoc analysis and address issues that are complementary to the regular processes. • Interact with Business Managers to resolve queries and investigate deviations on HC movement to support management of cost measures • FTE related projects (e.g. cost driver analysis, new KPI steering approach, scenario analysis, etc.) • Review progress of different FTE replated initiatives, track progress of projects related business management • Additionally, the role requires taking up wider responsibilities on number of topics within PB and as per management priorities.
