Provide superior customer service and maintain professional and courteous relations with strategic partners
Promote constant and measurable improvement; teach and enforce SCLS’ Quality Policy at all times
Train, coach, mentor, and develop staff to achieve business objectives while providing career growth opportunities; conduct performance reviews
Manage revenue and expenses within budget; manage and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
Communicate to operations staff in objectives, policies, procedures, safety methods, practices, programs, etc

Position Description

Qualifications

Education/Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field strongly preferred
• Must have at least five years of leadership experience, preferably in a fulfillment operation or distribution environment; Prior supervisory experience in a fulfillment operation is preferred
• Must have experience with an Order Management System, Warehouse Management System, and Labor Management System. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
