FULL STACK DEVELOPER (JAVA + ANGULAR) Job Overview: As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex web applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions that meet business requirements and enhance user experience. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and maintain high-performance web applications using Java, Spring, Spring Boot, and Angular. Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other developers to understand requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions. Build RESTful APIs and integrate them with front-end components. Ensure application performance, scalability, and security across the stack. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software and ensure issues are resolved promptly. Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and maintain high code quality. Develop unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and reliability. Stay up-to-date with emerging trends Key Skills Required: Proficiency in Flutter and Dart Should have knowledge of using AI assisted development like cursor / windsurf. Should have demonstrable projects on Github Experience with state management (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, etc.) Knowledge of RESTful APIs and third-party integrations Familiarity with Git and CI/CD processes Experience with Firebase services (Firestore, Authentication, Push Notifications, etc.) Good understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design Experience with native development (Kotlin/Swift) is a plus Key Responsibilities: Design and Development: Develop, test, and deploy high-quality, scalable, and secure web applications using Java, Spring, Spring Boot, and React. Front-end Development: Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using React, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+), ensuring seamless integration with backend services. Backend Development: Develop RESTful APIs and microservices using Java, Spring, and Spring Boot, ensuring robust server-side logic and database integration. Database Management: Work with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) to design efficient data models and optimize performance. Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices, including unit testing, code reviews, and continuous integration. Troubleshooting and Debugging: Identify and fix bugs, performance bottlenecks, and security vulnerabilities in both the frontend and backend codebases. Collaboration: Work closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines. Agile Methodology: Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) and contribute to the continuous improvement of team processes. Required Skills and Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Experience: 2+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role with a strong focus on Java, Spring, Spring Boot, and React. Proficiency in: Backend: Java, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, Microservices. Frontend: React, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, Redux or Context API for state management. Databases: Experience with SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases. Version Control: Proficiency with Git and Git-based workflows (GitHub, GitLab). Build Tools: Familiarity with Maven/Gradle for Java and npm/yarn for React projects. Testing: Experience with testing frameworks such as JUnit, Mockito, Jest, and React Testing Library. Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code.
