Our Client is seeking Full Stack Developers to work on service innovation, program review and digital transformation projects. The Full Stack Developers will work as part of cross-functional program review or product delivery teams. These teams work collaboratively and collectively participate in a full range of activities including: field research, backlog definition and refinement, and sprint planning and execution. Digital transformation projects review the current state of services, identify future opportunities, and then deliver new services that are efficient, effective and affordable.
The Full Stack Developers will participate in and contribute to the team’s shared understanding on several project issues including the related software ecosystem, the project team working agreement, and any current service implementation. They will also work to develop functionality in the provision of services.
While this role is remote, must be Canadian Citizen and work within Canada at all times.

Experience Required/Mandatory Skills
Experience using source control, particularly Git, in collaborative software development. (5+ years)
Experience with automated unit testing and integration testing. (3+ years)
Experience with database technologies, including relational databases and alternatives. (3+ years)
Experience working as a Full Stack Developer on complex software solutions in an agile team environment. (5+ years)
Experience working on production applications using modern application frameworks and frontend JavaScript frameworks. (3+ years)
Nice To Have Skills
Experience incrementally transforming existing legacy systems into modern digital services across multiple releases. (2+ years)
Experience with at least one or more from the following tech stack: Frontend: Angular, React, Vue.js. Backend: C# .Net Core, Node.js (NestJS, Express), Python (Django) (2+ years)
Experience with design patterns and their application and software architecture considerations. (2+ years)
Experience with public sector development guidelines and principles. (2+ years)
Experience working with CI/CD pipelines. (2+ years)
Experience working with teams that also apply UX design, service design, design thinking, or human-centered design approaches. (2+ years)
