We’re looking for a junior to mid-level full stack developer with experience building and deploying new technologies from scratch—preferably with startup experience. The role requires the following traits:

The Role
You’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining internal web applications, client-facing platforms, and mobile apps. This role requires a strong understanding of both front-end and back-end development, with experience in databases and APIs. Exposure to Big Data technologies is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work with cross-functional teams to design and deploy new features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Build and maintain scalable web applications using modern web technologies.
• Develop, test, and deploy code in live environments.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and uphold coding standards.
• Oversee production environments and ensure smooth operations.
Skills & Knowledge Required:
• Proficiency in front-end and back-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, and PHP.
• Experience with modern front-end frameworks like React or Vue.js.
• Knowledge of database systems such as MySQL or Airtable.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS.
• Experience with Apache, Nginx, or Linux (a bonus).
• Proficient in Git and version control.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of AI/ML is advantageous.
Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).
• Proven track record with large-scale web applications.
• Familiarity with agile development practices.
Nice to Have:
• UX experience.
Additional Information:
This role is hybrid, with 1 day per week in the office (more if preferred!).
