*About the Position**
We are seeking a highly skilled software professional to fill the role of Full Stack Software Engineer Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex software applications using React.js and Node.js. They will also lead the team in identifying requirements, developing technical roadmaps, and driving project execution.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years of experience in React.js and Node.js development, as well as expertise in cloud-based services such as AWS. Strong knowledge of MongoDB, DynamoDB, and MySQL is also required. Additionally, they should be proficient in automated testing frameworks (e.g., Jest) and have experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
As a leader, the successful candidate will be responsible for mentoring junior developers, providing code reviews, and contributing to the overall technical direction of the team. Their excellent communication skills will enable them to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
