Addressing clients' uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time. Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.Noting important details of each conversation. Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.Expanding the customer base by upselling and cross-selling.Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these.Proficient in all Microsoft applications.Solve customer's queries over the phoneSuperior product knowledge.Capacity to receive critique without internalizing it.A team player with leadership skills.Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
