The Opportunity

The Senior Executive - Business Development will play a crucial role in driving the growth and expansion of our BFSI segment. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the BFSI industry, excellent relationship-building skills, and a proven track record in business development.

Key Responsibilities Include
• Strategic responsibilities:
• Experience in business development and technical presales, willing to travel extensively.
• Should be involved in proposal preparation activity and work closely with technical team in identifying appropriate solution for the customers.
• Should gain knowledge of target market segment and business trends.
• Should build successful and scalable relationships audience in prospect organizations.

Functional responsibilities: -
• Experience working with customers in the Banking, Microfinance, Non-Banking Financial Corporations eGov verticals.
• The role requires a highly self-motivated and enthusiastic professional with good and influencing communication skills. Should be capable of planning and executing sales and business development targets.
• Should have experience in working with banks, MFIs and NBFCs on Micro ATM hardware and software offerings.

• Strong business sense and industry expertise

Qualifications
• Exp- 3-5 yrs in business development, sales, or related roles within the BFSI sector.
• Bachelor s degree in Electronics , EXTC ,Instrumentation MBA is preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong understanding of the BFSI industry, including market dynamics, regulatory environment, and key players.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
