Overview:

We are seeking a talented and creative individual to join our team as a Graphic Designer & Video Editor. This role requires a unique blend of skills in both graphic design and video production to create compelling visuals and engaging video content that aligns with our brand’s messaging and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design & Video editing:

1. Design and produce a wide range of digital and print materials such as digital creatives, brochures, social media posts, corporate reports, website content assets, and digital media.

2. Create visually appealing graphics that communicate our brand’s message effectively.

3. Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and conceptualize design projects.

4. Ensure consistency in the visual language across all media and materials.

Video Editing:
• Edit video reels and podcasts/testimonials to create clear, engaging, and cohesive visual narratives.
• Work closely with the content team to develop video concepts that support marketing campaigns and company initiatives.
• Manage all aspects of video post-production from editing to adding graphics, effects, and sound.
• Optimize video content for different platforms, ensuring the best viewer experience across various devices.

Project Management:
• Manage multiple projects from conception to completion under tight deadlines.
• Coordinate with other team members and departments to ensure a cohesive and collaborative work environment.
• Maintain archive of images, photos, and previous work products.
• Manage brand guideline book

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Video Production, or a related field.
• Proven experience in graphic design and video editing with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premier Pro.
• Creative thinker with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various teams.

Desirable Skills:
• Experience in motion graphics and animation.
• Knowledge of the latest design trends and technologies.
• Prior experience in a B2B marketing environment.
