Our active and busy Randwick family seeks a reliable, attentive, nurturing, warm, calm, and fun nanny who is patient and brings a positive, steady energy to their home. They love someone who understands routines, child development, and how to create a safe, caring environment. The ideal nanny will have solid experience with kids of similar ages and a background in early childhood education, and enjoys engaging older children through play, creativity, and gentle guidance.
The nanny's day begins with helping the kids get ready for school, packing their lunches, and doing the school drop-off. While the older kids are at school, the nanny will handle child-related tasks like tidying up, laundry, and preparing or cooking meals. In the afternoon, the nanny will help with dinner prep and support the children with their after-school routine. Twice a week, the nanny will also drive them to activities such as swimming and tennis.
The nanny should be comfortable caring for the children with others present, as Dad will be working from home and Mum is on maternity leave.
The successful candidate will enjoy working in a beautiful environment with a welcoming family atmosphere, build meaningful relationships with the family, and potentially have a stable, long-term role with clear expectations and consistency. The family values open communication, respect, and flexibility and is seeking someone who will become a trusted part of the team.
