As the RE/MAX Excellence Receptionist & Administration Assistant, you will be the first impression and first point of contact between our agency and clients. This role is an integral part of our administration team and is essential to the smooth business daily operations.
We are looking for a friendly, confident and energetic candidate who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. The right candidate will have a passion for excellent customer service and engagement whilst working as a part of an established team.
THE ROLE :
This position provides administration support to our Sales and Property Management departments as well as manage our front reception, so you will be exposed to all facets of what makes a real estate agency tick!
The key responsibilities include :
Front of house reception duties incl. answer and direct all incoming calls, emails and enquiries
Meet and greet clients in the office and liaise with external suppliers and contractors
Administration support to Sales and Property Management departments as required
General administration and office duties including filing, photocopying and scanning etc
THE PERSON:
You will require at least 2 years recent reception / administration experience. If you are customer service orientated and enjoy communicating with people, your positive can-do attitude and eagerness to learn is what will set you apart from other candidates!
The successful candidate will have:
A minimum of 2 years recent experience in a reception / administration role
Strong computer skills with proven use and competency in Microsoft Office Suite
Efficient and accurate typing and data entry skills
Excellent listening skills & exceptional verbal and written communication
Meticulous attention to detail and ability to prioritise and juggle tasks
Excellent organisational & time management skills
Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
Confidence and the ability to remain calm in a fast paced environment
Reliability, punctuality, good work ethic and have the ability to manage confidential information
A mature, professional demeanour and be very well presented
Our office hours are 8:30am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday. No weekend or after-hours work required.
