We're seeking an experienced Senior Video Editor to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a passionate and honest group of creatives who document love, chaos, rituals, and relationships in a raw and real form. As a Senior Editor, you will be responsible for crafting emotional wedding films that become legacy. You'll handle high-priority edits, mentor junior editors, oversee timelines, and elevate our visual style across all deliverables. Your creativity and leadership skills will drive our team's success.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in editing cinematic wedding films or similar event-based documentary formats. They should have mastery over DaVinci Resolve, deep understanding of pacing, emotion, and structure in human-centric storytelling, and the ability to creatively direct while keeping emotional intent at the forefront.
