Full-Stack Software Developer Fintech Role Overview Are you a seasoned software developer with a passion for fintech? As a Full-Stack Software Developer, you'll be at the forefront of innovation, helping to build a cutting-edge platform that integrates and enhances the functionality of several legacy systems within the financial services sector. In this role, you'll collaborate within a self-organizing, cross-functional team that thrives on agility and a strong emphasis on CI/CD.
Responsibilities Work closely with architects and team leaders to shape the direction of our fintech solutions. Take ownership of key features, driving them from concept to completion with a focus on financial data integrity and security. Deliver both functional and non-functional requirements, with particular attention to performance and scalability within the financial domain. Mentor and support team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in fintech.
Partner with QA to ensure high-quality software delivery that meets stringent financial industry standards. Communicate progress and proactively raise impediments to ensure timely delivery within our fast-paced fintech environment. Experience 5+ years of development experience with some experience in financial services. Expertise in C# and .NET 6 or later, particularly in building robust and secure applications. Experience in front-end JavaScript frameworks, ensuring seamless user experience Proficiency in Cloud deployment (ideally AWS), with an understanding of security and compliance requirements.
Experience in Microservices Architecture, crucial for developing scalable and resilient solutions. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines to support continuous delivery of high-quality software in a regulated industry. Desirable A background in financial services is highly advantageous, bringing a deep understanding of industry-specific challenges.
