About the Role:
As our new Customer Service Officer, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, making lasting impressions and ensuring their experience is nothing short of amazing. You’ll manage inbound and outbound calls, handle online enquiries, and book appointments in our CRM system like a pro. You’re not just juggling tasks – you’re making magic happen in a fast-paced, supportive environment where no two days are the same!
What you’ll be doing:
Be the face (and voice!) of Plum for visitors, clients, and phone enquiries.
Schedule service and sales appointments with precision in our CRM.
Manage calendars for our top-notch Service Technicians and Sales Engineers.
Respond promptly to online enquiries, emails, and real estate work orders.
Keep communication sharp and on point with the whole team to ensure tasks are accurate and consistent.
Dive into various admin tasks as needed – no day is the same!
About You:
You’ve got 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
You’re a customer-first superstar with a bubbly, positive outlook that lights up the room (or phone line!).
You’re lightning-fast on computers, easily managing CRM systems, emails, and reports without breaking a sweat.
Multitasking is your specialty – handling phone calls while typing away is second nature to you.
You’re a multitasker with top-notch time management skills and attention to detail that’s second to none.
Communication is your superpower – written or verbal, you’ve got it covered!
You’ve got a can-do attitude and thrive in a team environment.
Flexibility with working hours is a must – Saturday shifts will be required in rotation.
