Job Description:

As a Full-Time Web Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality websites using WordPress and Elementor. Your expertise in these platforms will play a critical role in creating visually appealing, functional, and user-friendly websites that meet our clients' requirements. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of at least 3 years of experience in web development, with a strong focus on WordPress and Elementor.

Responsibilities:

-Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements, goals, and desired outcomes

-Develop and implement customized WordPress websites using Elementor, adhering to best practices and coding standards

-Customize and extend WordPress themes and plugins as needed to meet specific project requirements

-Create responsive and mobile-friendly designs, ensuring optimal performance across various devices and browsers

-Collaborate with the design team to integrate UI/UX designs into functional websites

-Optimize website performance, including page load speed, caching, and database optimization

-Conduct thorough testing and debugging of websites to ensure proper functionality and user experience

-Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in web development and implement them when appropriate

-Provide technical support and maintenance for existing websites as needed

-Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, content writers, and SEO specialists, to ensure successful project delivery

Requirements:

-Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in web development, with a strong focus on WordPress and Elementor

-Expertise in building custom WordPress themes and plugins.

-Proficient in using Elementor for advanced customization and design implementation

-Strong knowledge of responsive design principles and mobile optimization

-Familiarity with SEO best practices and website optimization techniques

-Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

-Strong communication and collaboration skills

-Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Note: Remote work may be considered for exceptional candidates, but preference will be given to candidates based in Guwahati or willing to relocate.
