Remote – Inbound Sales Agent

We are recruiting for a Leading UK insurance provider, who are looking for sales professionals with a minimum of 12 months telesales experience (in one role, within the last 3 years) to join their busy Inbound Sales department on a REMOTE full time, permanent contract.

Experience requirements:
• A minimum of 12 months telesales-based experience in one role
• Sales experience must be within the last 3 years
• We are looking for candidates that have worked towards specific sales targets

Hours:
• 37.5 hours a week in a 5-week rota
• You need to be fully flexible between the hours of 8am – 8pm for varying shift patterns
• Includes 1 full weekend & 1 Saturday in the 5-week rota

Job Role:
• You’ll receive calls from customers who will be looking to discuss their service.
• Upsell the Protect Device Insurance across equipment and personal devices.
• With your excellent customer service and your expert sales skills, you will give added peace of mind by upselling this product, that customers can purchase that best suit their needs.
• You will also be responsible for registering the manufacturers warranty on other appliances and upselling insurance to give them added protection
• Share the features and benefits of protection products to help customers find the one that’s right for them.
• Build rapport with customers, get to know their individual needs and put their interests first, so they continue their protection with us.
