This role is 100% remote so the successful candidate will need to be disciplined and motivated.
Job Purpose
Recruit accountants at all levels within accountancy firms
Nurture relationships with candidates and maintain regular contact so that Public Practice Recruitment Ltd remains their trusted recruitment partner at every stage of the process.
Maintain and develop trusted relationships with clients by acting as the point of call for all their recruitment needs.
Work alongside the wider team to develop and enhance the profile of the business in this niche sector.
Offer an enhanced level of internal and external communication.
Support colleagues where applicable.
Business development within your allocated region.
Employee Benefits
£35,000 - £50,000 per annum.
Permanent, full-time, and fully remote working role.
Unlimited monthly commission scheme plus discretionary bonus (realistic OTE of c.£100k+ p/a).

Desirable Skillset
Minimum 3+ years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of success in finance or accountancy recruitment.
Experience recruiting into public practice is desirable but not essential.
An excellent work ethic.
Resilience.
An awareness of current affairs and the confidence to discuss them with senior leaders.
Excellent communication and advisory skills, both verbal and written.
Right to work in the UK.
