Overview:


We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resource Recruiter to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye when reviewing resumes and conducting interviews, possess excellent communication skills, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities:


Utilize job boards, social media, and other platforms to source candidates for various positions within the organization.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to ensure candidates meet the minimum qualifications.
Schedule interviews and coordinate the interview process, ensuring a positive experience for all candidates.
Assist in the preparation of job descriptions and postings.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the needs and requirements for each position.
Conduct reference checks and background screenings for potential employees.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
Stay informed about trends and innovative recruiting techniques in the industry.
Provide regular updates to hiring managers regarding recruiting activities and candidate status.

Qualifications


Prefer to have Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role, preferably in a corporate environment.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
Solid understanding of employment laws and regulations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work well under pressure.
High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
