About the role:
We have an exciting opportunity to join the St Vincent's Curran Foundation and provide essential operational support to the Foundation’s fundraising efforts. By ensuring the highest standards of all data and administrative tasks, this role supports the growth and sustainability of the Foundation's fundraising program to help support the operations of all services of St Vincent’s Health Australia in New South Wales

About you:
We are seeking a skilled and energetic Fundraising Data Administration Officer to jour our team. The Position will report to the Head of Data and Digital will play a vital role as part of the Data and Digital Team.
Perform all processes involving with donations, event records and gifts records (but not limited to) gift batch entry, imports, receipting, managing banking and reconciliation.
Maintain accurate records across all Foundation platforms, updating procedural documentation and generating reports to support data integrity and efficiency.
Perform scheduled data integrity checks, changes and updates on Raiser’s Edge to ensure all data entered into the database is accurate and compliant with the business rules.
Provide support for the Foundation intranet and digital forms, assisting with content management and user assistance as needed.
Support system enhancements by assisting with implementation, testing and validation to streamline data capture, maintenance and reporting. optimising workflows and operational effectiveness.
Support marketing activity such as appeals, newsletters and events and assists with grant processes.

Selection Criteria:
Personal integrity and demonstrated commitment to the Philosophy, Mission and Values of Mary Aikenhead Ministries and St Vincent’s Health Australia
Practical hands-on experience (1–2 years) with a fundraising CRM, ideally Raiser’s Edge or a similar platform.
Demonstrated data mindset with the ability to perform accurate and efficient data entry, ensuring integrity and quality control while understanding how data supports fundraising operations and reporting.
Ability to perform basic financial processes including reconciliation, receipting and month-end financial procedures, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Willingness to learn, implement and adapt to new technology and systems.
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise tasks effectively and align work with team objectives.
Ability to assess issues, determine appropriate actions and source relevant information to support organisational and stakeholder needs.
Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including senior executives.
