TheCharityEventAssistantwill use their outgoing personality, eagerness to learn and natural philanthropic enthusiasm to assist the on-sitecharityeventmarketing and advertising team with all tasks involved in developing and executing thecharity’s overall marketing and fundraising efforts. We are the liaison between localcharityclients and the community, buildingthe bridge to generate donations and grow community impact efforts within aretailenvironment.
Responsibilities:
• Executeretailmarketing advertising plans and operational functions to company standards
• Participate in product/service knowledge training provided to on-siteeventteams on behalf of management
• Executeretailpresentation and fundraising directives and standards toeventteam members
• Assist customers with any questions they may have in regards to thecharityand their mission at the localevents
• Gain knowledge of marketing and branding strategy of all newcharitiesthe company acquires. While applying knowledge of thecharityand brand to develop customized donation strategies for the community member
• Ensure highest level ofretailcustomer service resulting in increased productivity and achieving goals
• Assist theeventmanagerand advertising teams with any day to day administrative support as requires
