Job Title: HR Associate
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Job Summary:
- We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Associate to join our growing Human Resources team.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of hands-on experience in core HR functions and be passionate about supporting the employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to engagement and offboarding.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
- Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and ensure data accuracy.
- Assist with HR documentation such as offer letters, appointment letters, and exit formalities.
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies, payroll coordination, and benefits.
- Assist in coordinating performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
- Maintain compliance with HR policies and local labor laws.
- Support HR Manager/Team in day-to-day operations and administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of experience as an HR Executive, HR Assistant, or similar role.
- Good understanding of HR operations and best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with HRMS is a plus.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
