Gas Bar Clerk Cashier |Mission

We are seeking Gas Bar Clerk Cashier to join our Gas Bar team! This position reports directly to the Gas Bar Manager. Your main responsibilities will be Cashier and Pump Attendant duties.

Some of these duties include:
• Provide customer service and maintain positive customer relations through the proper handling of questions, comments and complaints. Effectively work in a diverse team environment in a proficient and friendly manner.
• Perform all aspects of filling appropriate fuel into vehicles and filling cylinder and automotive propane.
• Perform all aspects of Gas Bar Cashier functions including but not limited to; operating the Point of Sale (POS) in an efficient manner, ensure price integrity and answering telephone.
• Maintain a neat, clean and orderly location at all times.
• Performs all aspects of stocking and display functions in an efficient and organized manner. Ensures display presentation and proper stick levels in the C-Store are maintained.
• Responsible for adhering to regulated Tobacco/Lottery laws (i.e. age restrictions).

What skills and abilities will you need to be considered?
• Grade + or acceptable combination of education and experience
• Must be fluent in English (CLBA - Canadian Language Benchmark Assessment score of 5 or higher)
• Related retail experience
• Must be 16 years of age
• Lifting required
