Belmont is actively seeking a General Administrator to join our dedicated team.

Job Title: General Administrator Location: Belmont Health and Wealth

Job Summary:

Belmont Health and Wealth is seeking a detail-oriented and organized General Administrator to join our team. This role is essential in providing administrative support, ensuring efficient office operations, and delivering excellent customer service to our members.

Key Responsibilities:

Open and distribute incoming mail
Answer phone calls and direct inquiries as needed
Operate basic office equipment, including copier, printer, and mail machine
Assist with general member inquiries, including eligibility and dollar bank balances
Provide customer service support for claims assistance, including declined or escalated claims
Process claims payments for members
Prepare and mail communications, including monthly letters, notifications, and student status updates
Assemble and distribute employee packages for new members
Upload claims to the claims server
Assist walk-in clients with form completion, including:

LTD forms
Death benefit forms
Health claim forms
Enrollment forms
Ideal Candidate:

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organization skills
Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively across different levels of the organization
