Job Description
We are looking for a General Maintenance Technician for our multi-family property. The Maintenance Technician will assist with the overall maintenance functions of the property, including repairs and maintenance of all mechanical, electrical equipment, plumbing fixtures, structural facilities, and grounds of the property.
Responsibilities:
• Replace light bulbs and sockets, clean and repair circuit breaker panels, etc.
• Perform light plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliance maintenance
• Inspect alarm systems (fire, protection) and schedule repairs when needed
