General Manager

Oversee day-to-day operations for both Café Crema and Freds Italian.
Ensure smooth coordination between front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
Maintain brand standards, guest service excellence, and operational efficiency.
Team Management & Culture
Recruit, train, and mentor staff across both venues.
Foster a positive, performance-driven culture that emphasizes guest satisfaction and teamwork.
Manage scheduling, labour targets, and employee engagement initiatives.
Financial & Business Oversight
Monitor and achieve sales, labour, and cost targets.
Work closely with ownership and accounting to ensure budgets are met and reporting is accurate.
Drive revenue growth through innovative programming, promotions, and community engagement.
Guest Experience
Ensure a consistently high level of guest satisfaction across both brands.
Handle guest feedback professionally and proactively.
Uphold the reputation of both Café Crema and Freds Italian as West Vancouver dining staples.
Compliance & Standards
Ensure all operations comply with VCH, WorkSafeBC, and liquor licensing regulations.
Oversee health & safety programs and training.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years in a senior management role within hospitality (multi-unit or dual-concept experience strongly preferred).
Strong background in food & beverage operations (restaurant and/or café).
Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop teams.
Solid financial acumen: budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexible, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
