One of our Clients, a well-known hybrid seeds-producing companies in India since 60 years are in need of a GENERAL MANAGER -FINANCE.

Job location : - SOUTH BANGALORE

Experience: - 30+ years experience , Agriculture Industry exposure preferred.

REPORTING TO CFO

Job description : -

1. Maintain executive responsibility for overall financial operations.

2. Prepare necessary project financial reports which will aid the management in taking decision on new projects / investments.

3. Be a part of the team to bring in the required expertise from financial stand point (ensuring positive cash flow of the project, back-to-back offers from sub vendors, coverage of the required Over Head & Margin etc.,) while bidding for prospective tenders.

4. Lead annual budgeting process and finalize the same with management.

5. Implement systems and controls to analyse cost control and profitability by business segment

7. Conducting regular MIS meetings with the HODs of various business segments to ensure they understand the company’s performance through the required financial indicators.

8. Analyse, reconcile, balance, and maintain accounting records and cash journals.

+.This position will oversee Companies internal financial analysis division and work with external auditors to assure sufficient cashflow for marketing and operations, and help find resources for expansion.

10. To fix inventory levels and ensure inventory within the permitted levels

11. Ensuring strict statutory compliance

12. Reduction of financial cost

Required Candidate profile

Must be a Qualified B.com/M.com/ Inter CA with over 25+ years experience
Well versed with India Tax laws –Direct Taxes/GST
High leadership & analytical skills
