Job DescriptionPosition: General Manager Industry: Finance and Accounting Location: Chennai Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of industry experience RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsible for Financial Planning and Analysis having experience as a Chartered accountant for 8 yearsSupervision of Audits and Driving the lead generation successfully.Handling GST/Income tax and Statutory Compliances and Supervising Finance and Accounts activities.Identify trends and insights and recommend improvements to optimize spend and performance based on the insights.Plan, schedule, manage and coordinate all execution - through external agencies or internal teams.Handling & Preparing MIS Reports.Understand the organization's guidelines and review and create material accordingly.Mandatory Requisites:Education: B.Com or M.Com and Experience of 8years as Chartered AccountantKnowledge: Should have audit experience of dealing in Big 4 Companies.Skills: Strong Analytical and Finance management skills, time management, and relationship-building skills, excellent work ethics, excellent communication skills
