Key Responsibilities:



Collaborate with senior business stakeholders to understand organizational goals and requirements, and develop a roadmap for HR interventions aligned with the overall business strategy.
Design and implement tailored HR solutions and programs that support business and HR objectives.
Work closely with business leaders to develop organizational structures and talent strategies that meet future growth needs.
Lead, conceptualize, and execute HR initiatives across key areas such as talent management, performance management, employee engagement, retention, leadership development, and recognition programs.
Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, structured connects, performance appraisals, rewards and recognitions (R&Rs), payroll, exits, retention strategies, employee grievances, queries, to ensure seamless execution.
Provide guidance to teams and managers on matters related to compliance, performance issues, and employee behavior, while supporting HODs and managers effectively.
Develop, implement, and manage HR dashboards to track key HR metrics and deliver actionable insights to leadership.
Leverage data and analytics to enhance employee experience, engagement, and retention efforts.
Conduct structured employee interactions, including focus group discussions (FGDs) and one-on-one meetings, to gather feedback and address concerns.
Ensure strong process adherence across onboarding, feedback mechanisms, HR workflows, grievance handling, and exit processes.
Organize town halls, employee engagement activities, surveys, and structured connects to promote open communication and foster a positive work environment.


Skills Required:

Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies.
A thorough understanding of the organization's hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and the administrative practices related to those factors.


Required Qualifications:

Postgraduate degree in MBA in HR from a recognized university.
SHRM Certification is a plus.
Should have 10+ yrs of experience in HR role/HRBP
