Job Description: Job Description: As a GM the responsibility of the individual would be to
supervise and administer all the sales and marketing representatives across India and directly
report the operations to the director. This would include daily reporting and feedback from
regional sales heads, managing their schedules, and individually mentor each of them to
pursue key accounts and discover leads with expertise. He will also accompany the reps' for
negotiating and closing of key accounts as well.
1. Correspondence, follow-up, and submitting detailed report
2. Professional style of communication
3. Field work and customer visit with Regional Sales representative
