We deliver a holistic, whole-of-person model of care to all people, Indigenous and non-Indigenous, across Bundaberg and North Burnett regions in Central Queensland.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

An exciting opportunity for a General Practitioner to come aboard at our newly-built centre in Gayndah, North Burnett.

With established services in the North Burnett over the last decade and a team of health professionals already providing services within the region for IWC, you will be joining an award-winning and dynamic Medical Service, which delivers a unique holistic model of care.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

3 years experience as a General Practitioner is preferred.
AHPRA Registration
ACCRM or RACGP Fellowship
Doctors on training pathways requiring minimal supervision may be considered.

WHAT WE OFFER:

Our Medical Centre team includes GPs (with qualified supervisors), Indigenous Health Practitioners, RNs, EENs, Reception and Administration staff.
Access to high-quality internal specialists/corporate support services, including administration, medico-legal and IT support, allowing you more time to focus on patient care.
SALARY PACKAGE:

Your Salary Package is made up of the following:

Salary Sacrifice Packaging valued up to $15,++0 per annum – adding approximately $7,200 to your take home pay per annum.
Meals and Entertainment Package up to $2,600 per annum.
+-Day Fortnight (for full-time employees).
Percentage of Earnings – between 65% and 75% when exceeding KPI targets.
5 Weeks Paid Annual Leave.
2 Weeks Paid Personal/Sick Leave.
1 Week Paid Professional Development Leave.
CPD Allowance - up to $3,000 per annum.
Paid Professional Memberships and Registrations - up to $2,200 per annum.
Contribution to Professional Indemnity Insurance.
Superannuation.
PAYG Tax.
Case conferencing/ multidisciplinary reviews and case discussions.
Relocation allowance (if applicable).
