GetResponse Campaign

We have email campaigns that need to be distributed via GetResponse. All the contacts are in GetResponse. The mailings are to go out only to non-subscribers. Subscribers are marked in the database and must be excluded from the email campaigns.

You will need to be given access to the account, which will happen should we agree to you as our contractor.

The emails have been created within the GetResponse account.

There are two sequences of emails. One sequence goes out to half of the contacts excluding subscribers, and the other goes out to the other half of contacts excluding subscribers. Each sequence needs to have an equal number of contacts. For example, if there are 6500 contacts excluding subscribers, then one sequence goes out to 3250, and the other goes out to the remaining 3250.

Five different emails go out every three working days, with five different subject lines for each email (I believe the A/B test for the five different subject lines for each email has been configured correctly; however, this needs to be validated).

Should a contact become a subscriber during the campaign, that contact should be dropped from subsequent emails (we don't want to continue persuading contacts to subscribe when they've already done so!).

The first email in each of the two sequences is handled differently from the other 4 emails in each of the two sequences. Here's how the first email in each of the two sequences is handled differently: should the email not be opened, the same email is sent one day later with one of the five different subject lines. Let's call that a resend. Should that resend not be opened, the same email is resent with another subject line. This process is repeated 7 times. If they open the email, that would trigger the second email in the sequence to be sent three days later. Should they not open the email after being sent the first email in the sequence seven times, then they are dropped from the sequence.

Summary:

Email Campaigns and Target Audience:

The email campaigns are to be sent through GetResponse.

Emails are to be sent only to non-subscribers. Subscribers already marked in the database must be excluded.

Account Access:

Access to the GetResponse account will be provided upon contractor agreement.

Email Content:

Emails for the campaign have already been created in GetResponse.

There are two sequences of emails, each targeting half of the contacts (e.g., 3250 contacts each if there are 6500 non-subscribers).

Sequencing Logic:

Five emails are sent in each sequence.

Cadence: Emails are sent every three working days.

A/B Testing: Each email has five different subject lines. The A/B testing setup needs to be validated.

Dynamic Handling of Subscribers:

Contacts who become subscribers during the campaign must be automatically removed from subsequent emails.

Special Handling of the First Email:

If the first email in a sequence is not opened:

It is resent with a different subject line one day later.

This process repeats up to seven times with different subject lines.

If the email is opened, the second email in the sequence is sent three days later.

The contact is dropped from the sequence if the email is not opened after seven resends.

Timing

I need this started on 12/2/24 and completed on 12/3/24 (no later than 12 PM EST on 12/4/24).
