Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist

Experience: Minimum 1-3 years in a front-desk or customer-facing role.

Age: 22 - 35 year

Location: Bandra/Andheri West

Job Summary:

We are seeking a young, dynamic, and presentable Front Desk Receptionist (Female) for our client company. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a professional appearance, and the ability to manage client interactions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist clients, visitors, and staff with a warm, professional attitude.
- Handle incoming calls, route them appropriately, and manage inquiries.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and visits.
- Maintain a neat and organized front office area.
- Handle basic administrative tasks, including managing mail, emails, and office supplies.
- Address and resolve client concerns or escalate them to the appropriate department.
- Provide accurate information about company services and available properties.
- Maintain client records and update internal database.

Key Requirements:

- Education: Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent (Graduation preferred)
- Gender: Female candidates only

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred)
- Communication: Fluent in English and local language, with clear and polite communication skills.
- Presentation: Well-groomed, professional appearance, and pleasant personality.
