Responsibilities
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced marketer to lead the Global Brand Activation team
They are responsible for uncovering the “why” behind requests to ensure the Brand team is solving the right problems, maximizing opportunities, and strengthening storytelling through creative strategy and deliverables, from concepts and visual identities, to assets for paid and owned activations
Lead the Brand Activation team, overseeing their performance, growth, and development
Define team objectives and best practices, develop and manage workflows, and ensure effective resource planning
Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative and innovative team environment
Act as “account manager” and main Global Brand & Creative Strategy point of contact for key stakeholders on priority Global Marketing & Communications initiatives and campaigns
Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand and align on project/request objectives, needs, and expectations
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships, ensuring stakeholder alignment and satisfaction with project outcomes
Provide strategic counsel to enhance a project’s value and impact through creative strategy
Anticipate stakeholder needs, address potential issues proactively, and offer innovative solutions
Work with other Global Brand & Creative Strategy team leads in the development of creative strategies, guide project teams, and ensure the successful execution and delivery of all creative outputs
Oversee the quality and consistency of all creative deliverables
Conduct regular reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure excellence in all outputs
Apply relevant marketing, communications, and creative trends to project ideation and execution
Ensure all creative outputs are on-brand, strategically aligned, and meet the highest quality standards
Manage external creative vendors and freelancers, ensuring the successful delivery of creative assets
Provide stakeholders with recommendations and access to external creative production resources as needed
Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to evaluate the performance and effectiveness of creative outputs, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
Serve as part of Global Brand & Creative Strategy’s leadership team, helping to oversee annual plans and budgets, foster a positive team culture, ensure effective cross-team collaboration, and guide the team’s overall direction
They are well-versed in integrated marketing and communications campaigns, as well as in working with designers and copywriters across the end-to-end creative concepting and production process
They encourage curiosity, empathy, and flexibility within their team when it comes to collaborating and problem-solving with stakeholders
You will be part of the Brand Activation function within the Global Brand & Creative Strategy team
In this role, you will work closely with the other functions across the team – including Creative Strategy & Design, Brand Strategy, and Operations
You will also work closely with other functions across the Global Marketing & Communications organization

WHAT YOU'LL DO
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced marketer to lead the Global Brand Activation team. YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field is preferred; Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in advertising, marketing, communications, or related field.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop a high-performing team; high emotional intelligence (EQ) to effectively respond to team dynamics and individual needs.
• Strong project management experience in coordinating and overseeing end-to-end execution of creative projects. Proficiency in project management tools and platforms is essential; Wrike experience is a plus.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with exceptional time management skills.
