WHAT YOU'LL DO
We are seeking an exceptional, driven candidate to join our Global CEO Advisory community team to plan and execute CEO Advisory marketing & events content for many of BCG’s most important accounts in Asia Pacific. As a dynamic, motivated CEO Advisory Marketing & Engagement Senior Coordinator, you’ll report to the Global CEO Advisory Director and support the regional CEO Advisory teams executing programming.
You will play a vital role in shaping BCG’s CEO Advisory offering to prospective, current, and alumni CEOs and client senior leaders worldwide. You’ll execute across geographies and take responsibility for prioritizing effectively and proactively to ensure that the CEO Advisory team has what they need to optimally fulfill our clients’ needs. This includes:
Content & Marketing: Support for the global CEO Advisory practice
• Actively help, support, and collaborate with teams on internal and external marketing
• Track and execute CEO Advisory knowledge team requests by providing information and materials
• Support internal communication activities for regional and global CEO Advisory engagement efforts (newsletters, PAL updates, etc.)
• Analyze CEO Advisory marketing content engagement across e-mail, web, and events to help inform internal and external marketing strategy
Events: Support efforts for global CEO Advisory Seat at the Table (SATT) agenda
• Lead management of nominations, registrations, and invitations under the guidance of program’s CEO Communities Lead
• Lead sourcing and securing locations, venues (hotels, restaurants, other venues), and social events, for both in-person and virtual events
• Oversee adherence to all liability, confidentiality, and health & safety requirements for event attendees
• Support CEOs Communities Lead in tracking and maintaining the SATT budget
• Coordinate content preparation across BCG teams for SATT meetings
• Provide live on-site support in operations and logistics end-to-end
• Schedule presenters and coordinate presenter briefing and preparation
Be a thought partner in the continual improvement of the function
• Identify opportunities to enhance SATT events and opportunities for CEO Advisory
• Execute special projects related to CEO Advisory operations, which may involve collaboration with the Learning & Development network, Practice Areas, and/or other BST/ Consulting Teams
• Perform additional administrative or other duties as needed
YOU'RE GOOD AT
• Organizational skills: Possess an ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize them, and carry them out independently.
• Strong knowledge of executive event planning with extremely high attention to detail and ability to offer “white glove” service
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; able to effectively tailor communications depending on the stakeholder involved
• Able to build internal and external working relationships and work in collaboration with all levels, e.g. CEO Advisory BST / CT, practice area contacts, and marketing teams
• Strong discretion and risk management sensibilities; capable of, handling material and confidential client information with the utmost sensitivity and care
• You have an independent and structured working style
• Strong motivation, flexibility, and commitment are as much a part of your character as absolute trustworthiness, discretion, and responsibility
YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
Background:
• 5-8 years of relevant experience; experience in marketing, communications, or executive-level event-planning, especially in a C-suite level role, preferred
• Demonstrated organizational skills and history of cross-team collaboration
• Experience in executive services or a professional services environment a plus
Skills:
• Must have excellent, executive- level written and oral English skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills; able to engage all levels of seniority
• Self-starter, proactive, and good at prioritizing
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work with different markets and cultures as required
• Proficient in MS Office programs, especially Outlook, PowerPoint, and basic Excel
