Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Klaviyo Email Marketing Specialist to join our professional e-commerce marketing team. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your expertise in Klaviyo to design, implement, and optimize targeted email campaigns that enhance customer engagement and drive measurable business outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including automated workflows (welcome series, cart recovery, post-purchase).
• Segment customer lists based on behavior, preferences, and demographics.
• Analyze campaign metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions) and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to create engaging, brand-aligned emails.
• Conduct A/B testing to optimize subject lines, content, and timing.
• Maintain list hygiene and ensure compliance with regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience in e-commerce email marketing, with expertise in Klaviyo.
• Strong analytical skills and knowledge of customer journey mapping.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
