Global Event Coordinator

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Global Event Coordinator. The role involves coordinating events globally, managing teams, and ensuring seamless event execution.

About the Role
The Global Event Coordinator will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events from start to finish. This includes venue selection, catering, audiovisual requirements, and coordination with external vendors and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
• Plan and execute events globally, ensuring smooth logistics and operations
• Manage event coordination across multiple teams and stakeholders
• Oversee venue selection, catering, and audiovisual requirements
• Coordinate with external vendors and internal teams to ensure successful event execution
• Develop comprehensive event timelines and micro plans
• Monitor project progress and adapt as needed to ensure success

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Events Management, Project Management, or related field
6-7 years of experience in end-to-end event planning and logistics
At least 2-3 years of team management experience
Expertise in event logistics, project management, and operations
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, experience with event management software a plus
Exceptional problem-solving ability and proactive thinking
Flexibility and adaptability to handle diverse tasks and dynamic situations

Requirements
This role requires domestic and international travel, flexible hours based on event schedules across multiple time zones.
