The Role
We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the planning and delivery of strategic HR project initiatives across Radiometer.
• Develop project plans, communication timelines, and execute projects, holding team members accountable and ensuring timelines and milestones are met.
• Understand project goals and expectations and communicate them effectively to team members and stakeholders.
• Review and rationalize metrics and reports, including facilitating discussions to determine necessary metrics to measure and assess results.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and provide guidance and advice throughout project duration.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive management and resolution.
• Ensure projects align with organizational goals and deliverables are met within budget and on time.
Responsibilities
This role requires a strong focus on:
• Project management: Developing and executing project plans, managing timelines and milestones, and ensuring project deliverables are met.
• Communication: Effectively communicating project goals, expectations, and progress to team members and stakeholders.
• Risk management: Identifying and mitigating project risks, ensuring proactive management and resolution.
• Collaboration: Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management, preferably in an HR or business operations context.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
