A Day in the life:

Global Internal Audit is a 100% fully rotational function and considered a key source of talent for the business. The fuel for the 100% fully rotational engine is our Global Internal Audit Development Program, which provides the opportunity to rotate out and into the business.

Being part of the Global Internal Audit team will allow you to:

Conduct comprehensive audits leveraging data analysis and strategic thinking to assess risk, analyze evidence, and document processes.
Exercise independent judgment to identify and analyze audit observations
Collaborate with team members to effectively communicate audit and advisory project results to management via comprehensive written reports and oral presentations
Cultivate strong working relationships with auditees and colleagues, effectively leveraging individual interactions and participation in group meetings

What will you be challenged to do?
Generate a quantifiable return for the business by effectively being involved in a variety of risk-based and management requested projects.
Transform the function, strengthening its brand, through your participation on department initiatives designed to build talent, improve our services, and build productive stakeholder relationships.
Heavily invest in your development, by actively engaging in the Global Internal Audit Development Program.
Participate in other strategic business activities, as requested by management.

What would we ideally like you to have?
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
One to three years of full-time experience of applicable Audit, Accounting, or related Finance or Business experience
Manufacturing Industry knowledge a plus.
Ability to learn and apply internal auditing and accounting principles and practices, and management principles and preferred business practices.
Skill in analyzing data and identifying trends and anomalies.
Experience using the Microsoft Office Suite of tools
Effective verbal and written communications, including active listening skills and skills in presenting findings and recommendations.
Ability to establish and maintain harmonious working relationships with co-workers, internal and external contacts, and to work effectively in a professional team environment.
Ability to work in an ever-growing global environment, with travel approximately 15%, primarily US and Canada
