Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as the GM Sales. As the GM Sales, you will be responsible for driving the sales strategy and achieving revenue targets for our company. This is a full-time position based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
Qualifications And Skills
• More than 10 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving targets.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
• In-depth knowledge of sales principles and practices, and the ability to apply them in a dynamic business environment.
• Experience in managing key customer relationships and understanding customer needs.
• Proficiency in data analysis and using sales tools.
• Ability to think strategically and make sound business decisions.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. An MBA would be an advantage.
Roles And Responsibilities
• Develop and implement the overall sales strategy to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
• Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, mentoring, and coaching.
• Manage key customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Identify new business opportunities and markets, and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales and promotional materials.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
• Forecast sales targets and track performance against goals, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify potential risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as operations and finance, to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of goals.
