Store Supervisor Position:
Autobarn Burleigh Heads is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail and service staff, ensuring efficient store operations, and driving sales and revenue targets.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead a team of retail and service staff
Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales and revenue targets
Ensure efficient operation of the store
Maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction
Oversee the implementation of store policies and procedures
Monitor and analyze sales performance
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements:
Proven Retail and Service experience in the Automotive Industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent management skills
Great customer service skills
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
