Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and talented Google Ads Expert to join our dynamic marketing team. If you have 1-3 years of experience in Google Ads management and are passionate about digital marketing and sustainable living, this role is for you. As a Google Ads Expert at The Wellness Shop, you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic, increase conversions, and grow our online presence.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic, generate leads, and increase sales for The Wellness Shop's products.
2. Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing to optimize campaign performance and maximize ROI.
3. Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in Google Ads to maintain a competitive edge.
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to align Google Ads strategies with overall marketing objectives and initiatives.
6. Implement targeting and retargeting strategies to reach the right audience at the right time in their buyer's journey.
7. Provide recommendations for website optimization and landing page improvements to enhance the effectiveness of Google Ads campaigns.
8. Manage budgets effectively and ensure efficient allocation of resources across different campaigns and ad groups.
+. Work closely with graphic designers and content creators to develop compelling ad creatives that resonate with our target audience.
10. Continuously experiment with new ad formats, bidding strategies, and targeting options to optimize campaign performance and drive business growth.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
2. 1-3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns, with a strong understanding of campaign setup, optimization, and performance analysis.
3. Proficiency in Google Ads platform, including Google Ads Editor, Keyword Planner, and Google Analytics.
4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
6. Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality work and meeting deadlines.
7. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative strategies and overcome challenges.
8. Google Ads certification is a plus.
