We're looking for a talented Google Ads Specialist to join our team and drive our client's online advertising efforts to new heights. As a Google Ads Specialist at ViralChilly, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients across various industries and play a key role in maximizing their ROI through strategic advertising campaigns.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective Google Ads campaigns tailored to clients' objectives and target audiences.
• Conduct comprehensive keyword research, ad copywriting, and ad creation to optimize campaign performance and maximize results.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as CTR, CPC, conversion rate, and ROI, and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
• Implement A/B testing, remarketing strategies, and other optimization techniques to continuously improve ad performance and drive results.
• Stay updated with the latest Google Ads updates, industry trends, and best practices to ensure campaigns are optimized for success.
• Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to align advertising efforts with overall marketing strategies and business goals.
• Provide regular reports and insights on campaign performance to clients, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Proven experience as a Google Ads Specialist or similar role, with a strong track record of managing successful campaigns.
• Expertise in the Google Ads platform, including Google Ads certifications (Google Ads Search, Display, and/or Shopping certifications preferred).
• In-depth knowledge of PPC principles, ad targeting strategies, and bidding strategies.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track and measure campaign performance.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Things You Should Know:-
• Timings will be + Am to 6:30 Pm
• We work Monday to Friday.
• Saturday and Sunday are off.
• 30-minute lunch break + 15-minute tea break
• Work From Office
