Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Google & Meta Ads Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on Google and Meta platforms, with a strong understanding of SEO principles. Key Responsibilities: Google Ads Management: Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and Shopping networks. Conduct keyword research, develop ad copy, and adjust bidding strategies to maximize ROI. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to improve results.

Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) Management: Develop and execute advertising strategies on Meta platforms to achieve business objectives. Utilize audience targeting, retargeting, and A/B testing to enhance campaign effectiveness. Collaborate with the creative team to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.

SEO Integration: Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic. Optimize website content, meta tags, and structure for search engine visibility. Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
