In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing business growth strategies, building strong relationships with customers and partners, and driving revenue expansion through innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and analysis.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers and partners to maximize revenue potential.
Develop and implement effective win strategies to drive business growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality proposals and presentations.
Pursue sole-source awards and leverage your extensive network of government contracting contacts to explore partnership opportunities.

Requirements:
10+ years of experience in business development, with a proven track record of success in government contracting.
Bachelor's degree from a four-year university.
Strong knowledge of federal markets, including clients, prime and subcontractors, and geography.
Able to develop and deliver effective sales presentations and marketing materials.
Experience working in fast-paced, technically focused environments.
Small Business Administration 8(a) experience preferred.

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
