Hiring Field Sales Executive – For GeM Portal & Multi-Category Products

About Us:

We Cardier India offers a wide range of products, including IT peripherals, housekeeping supplies, furniture, stationery, printing services, and more. We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team and help us expand our reach and customer base.

Job Description:

As a Field Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of driving our sales efforts. You will engage with clients and customers through two primary channels:
Client Data Outreach : You will receive relevant client data and reach out to potential customers via phone calls to understand their needs and offer solutions.
GEM Portal Bidding : You will actively search for relevant bids on the GEM Portal, meet with clients in person, and work towards closing deals that align with the client's needs and your sales targets.
Your role will require strong sales skills, a solid understanding of our products, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:

Client Data Outreach : Use provided client data to contact potential clients, understand their requirements, and propose relevant products (IT peripherals, housekeeping supplies, furniture, etc.).
GEM Portal Bidding : Search for relevant opportunities and tenders on the GEM Portal, meet clients, and close deals.
Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Negotiate product pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.
Achieve sales targets consistently and ensure customer satisfaction.
Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities to HR.
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitive products.
Key Qualifications:

Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the sale of IT peripherals, housekeeping products, furniture, stationery, or similar.
Familiarity with the GEM Portal and government sales processes is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of sales targets.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to meet clients.
